Company History: In 1983, our company was established at 400 S. Los Angeles St., Unit
F, Los Angeles, California under the name of Transworld Trading
Company. In 1989, Transworld Trading Company was incorporated into
Transworld Plush Toys, Inc. and was relocated to 345 S. San Pedro St. Unit
106, Los Angeles. In 2002, we have moved to the current address.
Our
Mission: WE BRING HAPPY HOURS TO CHILDREN TRANS THE WORLD by providing premium quality
adorable stuffed animal plush toys to them. We
believe we can offer you stuffed animals, animal slippers and or any other
plush toy products with outstanding quality at competitive

around 5 working days to clear a company's check or a personal check before
shipping. Sorry, we only accept all kinds of checks issued by a local bank
within USA. No foreign checks is acceptable.

ORDER
CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation will be sent immediately by
our automatic shopping cart system upon receiving your order. However, an
order will be physically shipped out only if the credit card payment has been passed
the electronic credit card processing center or if a check is cleared with the bank.

CANCELLATION
A
cancellation must be made before
shipping. Otherwise the actual round trips shipping fees plus a 15%
re-stocking fee will be on buyer's account.

RETURN
POLICY
We offer Money Back guarantee. Here's how: (1) For defected and damaged items: We will send you a new one immediately upon receiving your return. Please email us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning.
All returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date you have received the merchandise. For damaged items because of the damaged packing, please also report to the
postmaster or FedEx driver immediately upon receiving the delivery. (2) For all other reasons of returns, we will happily refund your money after deducting the shipping
& handling and a 15% re-stocking fee upon receiving the un-used return products. Please also email us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning.
