Of course you are welcome to
place your order online. Besides, you may also place your order by phone
or by fax if you wish. We accept Visa/MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. We also accept cashier's checks, money
orders, personal checks and company's checks. However, personal checks and
company's checks require 7 working days to clear a bank before
shipping. Payment through PayPal is also accepted, our email account with
PayPal for you to send a payment to is sales@eplushtoy.com.

contact with us by email in advance.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped
within 2 to 5 working days. A 8.25% sales tax will be added on all orders shipped to California residents.
For international shipment, please contact with us in advance for a shipping charge quote.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made before
shipping. Otherwise the actual round trip shipping charges plus a 15%
re-stocking fee will be added on buyer's account.
RETURN
POLICY
We offer Money Back guarantee. Here's how: (1) For defected item: We will send you a new one immediately upon receiving your return. Please email or call us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning. Then send it back within 7 days from the date you received the merchandise. (2) For all other reasons of returns, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. And sorry, the shipping and handling charge is not refundable in this case. Please also email us for obtaining a return authorization code before returning.
